What this site answers before your first class

A combat sports gym gets the same questions every week: can I start with no experience, from what age, in which language, at what time. This site exists so the answer can be read before anyone picks up the phone.
Before walking into a combat sports gym, people want to know three things: whether they will look ridiculous, whether they will get hurt, and whether they will understand what the coach is saying. Those three questions are rarely asked out loud. They are asked in silence, and they are what makes people give up.
The answers already existed: in the coaches' heads, on the mat, in the way a class actually runs. They existed nowhere in a form you could read on your own, one evening, before deciding.
The guides are sorted by situation, and each discipline points to its own time slot and age category.
The gym is at Chaussée de Haecht 1133 in Evere, two minutes from Bordet Station. The neighbourhood lives in French and Dutch, and part of the membership works in English. On the mat, a class is taught in the language of the people standing on it.
The site follows the same rule: every discipline page and every guide exists in French, Dutch and English, with the markup that tells search engines which version to show to whom. Nobody lands on a page they cannot read.
Someone hesitating finds an answer to their exact question: first class, shyness, coming back after an injury, a child, an expat arrival, doubt about whether a gym is serious. Those pages exist in all three languages of the site.
The schedule, the prices and the address are on the site, not only inside a private conversation. And the trial session is booked without going through an anonymous contact form.
None of it asks you to take our word for it: the pages are there, open.
The site, its discipline pages, its trilingual body of guides and the markup that ties each class to its discipline, age group and time slot were built with Hebora.
The rule set at the start still holds: nothing on this site that cannot be checked by walking into the gym. Contact and the schedule are there for that.
